My father received a phone call from "Timeshare Express" claiming to have sold their timeshare. The company had to do a title search on the property and were sending out paperwork for them to have notarize. My father needed to give them 00.00 on credit card to do the title search. Unfortunately my father did so without asking advice. Everything in my soul says scam. Anyone heard of this company? Not accredited with the better business bureau.

We bought a time share 2 years ago, and have only used it once. We would like to sell it for 900. What is the quickest way to sell? Who would you recommend listing it with? Does anybody want to buy it? The timeshare is through Silverleaf Resorts.

I purchased a bluegreen vacation ownership property almost a year ago and would like to get rid of it but the company specifies a resale company they want you to use. I paid that company a fee several months ago to sell my points/ownership to someone else but so far have not heard anything from them. So now I am just checking to see if I have any other options for getting rid of this propery/vacation ownership.

I have a 2bd, 2ba timeshare we bought for around 10,000 and dont use at all. How can I get maybe even half that for it? We don’t use and are not going to use, should I sell or would it be worth keeping for the kids?

I am thinking about buying a timeshare, but I see that a lot of people who have brought them seem to be frustrated about having one, and are trying to sell it. I want to know why so many people are selling their timeshares? Are there any hidden details that are not discussed when purchased? Any information would be greatly appreciated!!
