How do I sell my Timeshare? And what is the process after it sells as far as signing it over to the buyer?

I bought and paid off a timeshare and dont need it anymore. So Please tell me some options as far as selling it-Im sure Ebay would be one way- but are there any others?

Also once it sells, I am clueless how to proceed with the paper work and signing the deed over and being DONE with this timeshare-

Please help with as much info as you can!!!

I have a rental credit with an owner in Cancun for a beach side two bedroom condo.

After talking with them, they have agreed to give me a credit and gave me permission to sell it so I can get my money back. I was going to list it on the site I originally got it from (cyberrentals, homeaway.com) but it costs 80 bucks for 3 months.

Does anybody know of any good sites that I can post this information on so I can sell this in time for some Christmas money for the family.

I attended one of their meetings yesterday and it seems like a good plan. You get to own the properties for life and the monthly payments are very reasonable. I would like however to have some reviews of it. Was it a good purchase and did they tell you everything you needed to know? Any information is appreciated.

My family has a two-bedroom time share unit at the Marriott Grand Ocean Resort in Hilton Head Island, SC, during prime season – August. We are looking to sell our unit. Does anyone have suggestions on how to best sell the unit?

I bought a timeshare a year ago. I never have used it and I don’t see using it anytime in the future, because I never have any money left over to pay for getting to the place, food while I’m there, etc. I’m looking for a low cost way of just breaking even on how much I owe on the time share.

Not only is the customer service horrible.. we haven’t even used it for the last 3 years… wtf? I just hate Tahiti timeshares.. don’t ever buy from them!!! I just want to get rid of it and am willing to cut my losses… if you know anything about selling or anyone who can sell. please let me know…

Anyone have any suggestions. I don’t want to spend a fortune, but we want something decent. Any help?

it is a timeshare that is on point system i get 154,000 points every even year can use at any wyndoms location
