I’m looking for an inexpensive summer trip for my family. I looked online and the prices for a one week trip to places like Beaches resort or a cruise is very high. I was wondering if there was a website where timeshare owners can sell their week if they can’t use it at a discount. I couldn’t find anything online for specifically that. I realize many people who own Timeshares end up not using their week and sometimes sell it. I can not afford a timeshare of my own…I’d love one. I’d like a nice family trip to a resort but can’t afford the 00 minimum for a week. Beaches resort is ideal for the kids and all inclusive is great. Any websites or resources where I may be able to buy an owners week for a deal? I’d appreciate any resources or suggestions on discounted trips. I’ve tried hotwire, orbitz etc… Looking for buying a timeshare week from and owner or something similar. Thanks…

I have a timeshare I do not use and would like to sell it outright without waiting to long and without giving upfront fees to do it. If you have any advice or know of a company that just buys your timeshare without having you wait for a period of time please let me know. Thanks.

My fiance and I will be honeymooning in Florida in March. We are trying to find a vacation rental, condo, townhome, home etc somewhere in Florida with an ocean view. We are flying into Orlando. I have been looking at vacation rentals in New Smyrna beach and now I have been trying to look in West Palm Beach area but I am not familiar with that part of the state! Any advice would be so greatly appreciated!!

What are the benefits of GRN over timeshare? What are the features of GRN travel membership?

Thanks,

im interested in buying timeshare and they always tell you all the good and never the bad. Can anyone tell me some drawbacks to timeshare or experiences that you have had?

There are a lot of scam artists who ask for an up-front fee to cover their "marketing costs". There is no guarantee that they will ever sell your timeshare. And, if they’re being paid up-front, they have no incentive. Any ideas?

Im thinking about buying a timeshare. So far the disney timeshare seems great. Are there any other good ones that will allow me to go to multiple places, that are really good?

I’ve searched plenty of sites and have too many options. I need people who have stayed in a hotel or resort or cottage or timeshare. I want to stay for a weekend and my budget is 0 a night or less.

My mom and I were given a week of vacation at a Wyndham resort in Pompano Beach, from a friend who is a timeshare owner there. It’s a gift, and we don’t want to be hassled the whole time to attend seminars or buy a timeshare. Is it considered very rude to blatantly turn down any requests to go to meetings about the timeshare buying, or do most people turn them down all the time? I don’t want to say NO at checkin and have the cruddy treatment all week from the resort. Any tips?!
