If someone could please explain the point system ( ike diamond resorts uses) why it is good or bad. I have heard why the regular timeshare is bad, but the point system seems different. Anyone with personal experience would be great.

I have a good timeshare to sell, but have been ripped off by scams in attempts to sell.

The criteria I have is: laid back resort, not too glitzy.
great skiing for the cost of a lift ticket, within 3 hour drive of Denver airport. Any suggestions?

Just wondering because I got one of those "no obligation to buy" letters in the mail and there’s guaranteed prizes of either a cruise or ,200 in cash. Of course, it sounds good for just an hour of your time, but there’s usually a catch. Has anyone been on one before, and did you think the prize was worth the hour timeshare tour?

What is the best website to find timeshares. one of those free stays in a resort in return for one of those 90 min presentation. i have been to some before in mexico but now i want to go some where else.

I am going to Orlando and am considering staying at Wyndham where I would get a severley discounted room and free sea world tickets. However, the ad states that I will need to attend a 90 sales pitch on timeshares. There’s no way I would ever buy one, but I wonder if there is something more i should be leery of. Where can you sell timeshare rentals? like not the whole timeshare for life , but just for the week?
