I’m renting a beach front condo for vacation in july. I haven’t been to the beach since I was a little kid (about 7 years old) so you know of course mom and dad planned the whole thing. Whats the best things to bring to the beach??

We have no interest in actually buying anything but are considering going on the trip. My main problem is that you won’t know where you’re staying until you get there. I don’t want to drive the 6 hours to make the trip and then be stuck in a dump of a place. They say you’ll stay in a three-star hotel. What are your thoughts on this? Does anyone have any experience with this kind of thing? I’d like to hear from anyone who’s done this, but I’m especially interested in hearing from you if you’ve dealt with Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

I am considering purchasing a timeshare affiliated with RCI for a very small amount. I understand the DVC is now affiliated with RCI and I want to know if a stay at a DVC resort ever comes available for non-DVC members on RCI.

I own a timeshare, along with 20 free weeks to use. However, I would like to make good use of them and sell them out. Any ideas?

We are thinking about buying timeshare and would like to compare to what the cost is verses the cost of the timeshare and what the trend has been. I can’t find any data online. Please help!

I’m trying to find a condo or a hotel with connecting rooms for a family vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC and I’m having trouble finding a good website. So, if anyone knows any good websites for condos that aren’t TOO expensive(no more than 0 a night) please let me know! Same thing goes for hotels with connecting rooms. Or how do you know if a hotel offers connecting rooms?

I am trying to sell our timeshare without putting any money upfront. It is a Wyndom property and from everyone we’ve alked to they are a nice property. It is on a point system, but every company I’ve talked to wants anywhere from 0 – 0 upfront and that makes me pretty nervous. Has anyone had any luck before?

I will be receiving a voucher for a free two night hotel stay from the charity I am donating my car to. In reading the terms and conditions, I noted that there will be a timeshare presentation at any of the 38 resorts I am to chose from. Would I be required to attend? The terms and conditons do not say I am required to attend.
On what basis? It is not in the T&C.

I know you have to sit through the 2 hour speech about buying one, but how do you even find them? We want to go to on in NC in July (week or weekend).

I have been contacted by this company. They want to sell my Marriott timeshare. They also want 9 up front. I want to know of this is a reasonable request?
