I am debating should I buy timeshare… but have gotten mixed reviews and there are so many different systems… so companies pitch it as savings, and some pitch it as real estate investment… what do you guys think?

called a talked to the finace dept. and told them that im am paying my timeshare resort off. they said even if you pay it off, you still cant use it till 09!

Looking into this a sales opportunity and wanting to know real income expectations and other cons and pros associated with selling timeshares.

Does anyone have recommendations for a vacation condo or rental in Kaua’i, Hawai’i? It doesn’t have to be near Princeville, but it would be nice.

We still owe a bunch of money on a time share, but considered taking a huge hit and just selling for half of its worth. If not less.

But after researching it looks like you practically can’t give them away. Has anyone had any success selling their timeshare? Where did you advertise?

We had a problem with our timeshare, and disputed for almost 7 months. And in the end they said we couldn’t get a refund, but were glad to give us a gift card. It was insulting!
