I bought a timeshare threw Westgate Resorts in fl. last yr and I never even use it and i no im not even going to use it and yes thye talked me into it.But how can I go buy renting or selling it. I called two places and they want like all this money to just advertise it and ect… thanks

I’ve been contacted by Corporate Travel Brokers to sell my timeshare, but they want 50 up front which they say is refundable once the title clears. Wondering if anyone has done this and did they get the refund and the sale price after that?

I answered a market research question while in town, and got a call saying i had won this holiday, with flights and accomadation paid for, i was told it was nothing to do with timeshare, having to go on so many excursions or buying property. I just had to be married own my own property and between 25-55. It sounds toooo good to be true???

Want to list rental condo that is in Hutchinson Island in Florida on the ocean. I was using craigslist but it’s not cutting it. What is a site that you have used to list your vacation condo with good results or a site you have used to look for one to rent. Thank you in advance.

My family and I are looking to go to a resort (via some timeshare thing called RCI) and we’ve narrowed it down to Ocean Manor in Dominican Republic and Sapphire Beach Club Resort in St. Martin. Both look good in the pictures but I can’t pick between them. Help?

I have a family member who wants to sell their time share. I know there are brokers but they would like to try on their own first. Listing it is easy but what legal paper work do they need to have or do in order to complete that process?
Goz – first off it is in a hot place – second the point of selling it is to make some money back – not necessarily a profit – but some money back – gifting it to family does nothing…second – that wasn’t an answer that was just an answer for the two points – if you have nothing to add please don’t wast the space.

Me and my girlfriend and another couple are looking to rent a condo either in panama city beach or Myrtle beach this summer but it seems all of them say the minmum age is 25. Does anyone know of any condos that rent to people under 25?(we are all 23)
