We are looking for a clean, modern place to stay for a one week vacation at the end of July. We like the Sarasota / Tampa / Clearwater areas, but are open to exploring new places. Does anyone have a condo / house / apartment that is reasonably priced? Prefer 2-3 bedrooms. Thanks.

My family is having a reunion November 25th – 27th in Orlando Florida but we can only get three days. Really would like 6. Does anyone have timeshare in Orlando at or near Old Key West Resort in Orlando on Disney Property that they can rent to us?
Hi, I know nothing about timeshares. I have always been interested but just now have the financial stability to be able to afford one. I specifically am only interested in timeshares that allow you to use it at multiple locations. I believe there are timeshares or programs available where basically you pay for 1/52 of a property and there are like 20 properties in a pool. each year you are in a group of many many people and you can select which property you would like to stay at. I would like something which includes the rockies in the US and possibly other countries as well. I am not rich…so something inexpensive would be best. I am extremely careful when it comes to purchases like this so don’t worry about me rushing out and buying something…but I need some resources. Can you please send me your favorite website links for these types of timeshares? Please only send a link if you really believe for sure it is the best site for looking for exactly what I’m looking for. I have a feeling there will be many links and I will be visiting them all through a google search. I will select the one that I feel as the best as my best answer after visiting all of them so that the other people that answer can visit the site as well and possibly get something out of this question too
Thank you so much!

The area we wish to travel is either the east coast (SC) or south to (FL). We have a 1 year old and 4 adults. We are planning on going late April or May. We would love something that has a pool in close proximity to the room/condo/house. Any suggestions? I’ve been on VRBO.com but it’s so overwhelming! I need some help narrowing down my options!
I want to buy my groceries and have them delivered to my timeshare in Nassau. Is there a grocer that delivers?
shortest presentation, best rewards(tickets to attractions), nicest hotel/resort accomodations offered
My 3 friends and I are looking for a place to stay 4 nights during spring break in march. We are looking for a small condo or house to rent for 0 a night or less.
We have been looking at some websites but they look sketchy. Such as Ventura resort rentals for instance.
Do you know any good places to rent or companies to rent from?
I have a timeshare week wasting away and would like to take it. I’ve always had fun out west, and on a lark mentioned to my wife we should take a vacation. She asked what type of vacation? One where we get on a plane? Where we just go to the lake? Where we go to the mountains? Being a smart-aleck I just said, "Yes, lets go to Salt Lake City, Utah." So she decided to take me seriously and check out timeshares there and found that there are plenty open near there in the near future.
Now the thing is, I know nothing about the area and don’t want to find out when I get there that the reason they have so many rooms open is because we’re staying in a ski town and there is nothing to do without snow on the ground, or that the place just sucks. So I’m looking for somewhere that we can take day hikes(I have a two year old and a 6 month old.) and there is shade.
So to sum up my criteria, I am looking for this:
-Decent weather in September/October, like temps between 50 and 85.
-Great views
-Enough access that I can see nice stuff on a day hike(under 10 miles or so.)
-Enough vegetation that there is shade(6 month old has fair skin.)
-Close to a RCI timeshare resort that actually has openings.
If you know of a place like this pretty much anywhere in North America, I’ll listen. I’m in DC, but have done lots of hiking out west, and really enjoy the four-corners states and the low humidity out there. So I’m biased in that direction.
Thanks for any suggestions.
I’d like to narrow my search to places with an outdoor focus. Somewhere that I can go hiking in the day, but spend the evening in my hotle/cabin.
I’ve been looking at places like Big Sur, Yosemite, Yellowstone, and Lake Tahoe. At all of them, I can’t find timeshares open, or they seem to be too crowded(Yosemite and many areas around Tahoe.) Are there other outdoorsy places like these that have time shares and mild weather?
I would like to rent a condo, apartment or time share over the summer, so I need a good, reliable recommendation for where to start looking online. This will be out of State, and I am (of course) a little apprehensive about sending someone I’ve never met a few hundred dollars. Should I just go see a travel agent or do you know of a site with honest people??
