My sister in law is trying to help us get a week of her timeshare in Miami next month. But we already bought our plane tickets Tuesday to Tuesday. Do timeshares allow check-in any day of the week or does it have to be specifically on any one day? Also does that vary per timeshare resort?
We are a family of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids) and we are planning on a 5 day vacation in Hongkong last week of October. We prefer to stay in a condo/vacation rental rather than 2 separate hotel rooms which i think also costs more..
I’ve been considering the Royal Lahaina and it isn’t too expensive. Also, we might consider renting a house on VRBO.com and buying the plane tickets separate. What do you recommend and do you have any good hotels/condos?
I will be going to Disney World in December. I am flying from Alaska with my two kids. They have some packages with a time share club that is 6 days in a NICE resort with two unlimited park passes for 0.00! You have to listen to a 90 minute pitch the day you arrive, and they say thats the only catch. Has anyone done this? Is it worth it? It will save me over 00.00.
The company I am thinking about using is saveonresorts.com Has anyone used them or stayed at the Calypso Cay resort?
So here is the thing, Im getting married on May 29, 2010. I have a co-worker who owns a time share and is willing to give me her bonus week to use in cancun. Which does not cover airfare, food and drinks… Only the stay. We are planing to stay at Sun Palace Resort which is all inclusive, but what does that mean? Since the time share only covers for the stay will the all inclusive would still apply to us? is that an additional charge for all inclusive? I really don’t know how these time share works… a little help clarifying this please???
I’m looking at resort vacations (Caribbean) and I’m noticing that some reviews mention timeshare sales pitches. Do all resorts do this? Thanks.
Most condos/houses require the person signing the guest lease to be 25 years old. Do they run your licence while checking in? Or would you be able to use a fake ID.
