I know nothing about timeshares, but the Sheraton Maui is a very nice place with a totally great location.
The Sheraton Timeshare in Maui is a great place, I also like the location, room sizes and amenities. In doing my research I found a membership that works similar to a timeshare without the extra fees and cost. In fact this membership will allow you to accommodate this same Sheraton in Maui for 8 days and 7 nights from $298 to $799 a week and you will never have to pay any maintenance fees, annually dues, property taxes, insurance or any other fees they try to charge you. This membership is an great alternative to timeshare. Please take a look at my website and let me know if you have any question that I can answer for you. Time-sharing can be an affordable way to own a vacation home. Before you buy, you should be able to answer YES to all these questions:
* Are you POSITIVE you want to spend ALL your vacations there?
*Have you visited the facility? Are you satisfied with its quality, with the stability of the management, and with the terms of the contract? Have you checked out this time-share development with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Office or your Legal Assistance Office?
*Have you talked to some long-time owners in this time-share facility?
*Can you afford both the facility and the round trip travel costs each year?
DO NOT BUY IF:
* You want to rent out the facility.
* You plan on reselling it.
* You plan on exchanging vacation sites frequently.
