Selling Timeshare Archives

I have a 1 bedroom with Trendwest and I need to sell it, due to my divorce. What is the best way to sell it and how it works?

My husband and I simply CANNOT afford our timeshare anymore, and we owe more than it will sell for, so selling it will not help much b/c we will still owe a monthly payment to them for the difference. Also, we are moving to a different state on Federal orders from the Army. Is there anyway to get rid of this thing?!

Need to get rid of it to qualify for a first-time homebuyer program.

I am wanting to sell my timeshare. Does anybody know of a website or company that can help me out with this? Does anybody have any suggestions to help me to sell it?

I have a timeshare that I am wanting to sell. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can do this? Can anybody recommend a website or company to help me sell it?

Would it be a good strategy to buy some land off the coast a little ways in the hopes it will some day shortly become ocean front property? If so, how far back from shore? Of course I am talking about if we have Global Warming and melting polars.

I know it will badley affect my credit, but can they sue me for the difference between what I owe and what they can sell it for? Do timeshares get auction off? Can they garnish my wages, will I be able to keep my condo? What happens if I never pay the difference owed? I’ve read alot on the internet but haven’t seen anything from someone who actually went through with the foreclosure. BTW I own a points system, Lawrance Welk in San Diego.

I got a timeshare in 2009 and still have not used it…I am trying to sell it, but I am not sure which companies are legit…I was told selling it is like selling a house, and I should not have to pay anything up front…HELP!!!
