I am the owner of a timeshare that I have been trying to sell. I am planning on not paying my mtce. fees and taxes. I know that I will probably receive a letter from a collection agency. What happens after that if I do not acknowledge the collection letter. Will the owners of the timeshare take it back? Interested if anyone knows the answer. thanks

I have been asked to help out a Elderly Gentleman that wants to sell his timeshare and I have no clue. Any suggestion??

needs to be torn down. Will I get assessed to build a new timeshare? What if a disaster strikes the building? Who pays to fix it? Can the timeshare resort be sold without the owners, such as myself, approving it?

The timeshare is in Virginia beach… in january. Anyway, I have listed it with century 21, and tried multiple online sites, it cost me 500$ to list it on century21 so I dont really feel like paying to list it anywhere else. Also, I tried to sell it on ebay and that cost me and the guy who won the bid for didnt respond or pay. So if anyones interested .

we recently purchased a timeshare at the Westgate Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, NV. I was contacted by Resort Equity Marketing sales rep. to list timeshare for rental. Does anyone have information on other companies that do this, experiences with renting timeshares in general, or any other advice. Thanks in advance for your help!
