I am considering an investment in a golf villa on Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC. I would have a friend who lives down there do the cleaning and onsite management of the property, while I manage the rental schedule and interview the tenants using a site like VRBO.com. Are there any horror stories out there? Would anyone advise me to get my head checked for even thinking about it? I would need rent it about 2/3′s of the time in order for the investment to make sense?

I, my husband and my 2-year-old want to travel to south Florida in early March for a quick beach vacation. We’d like to fly in to Tampa or Miami and are willing to drive up to an hour from those airports. We’d like to rent a condo on the beach for a long weekend that has a resort feel to it (with a pool, restaurant, etc ideally). Anyone have any recommendations in the 0-0 per night range? Thanks.

I would like to have formula and diapers delivered to our vacation condo located north of Puerto Vallarta & be able to avoid taking so much with us on the plane or needing to stop in Puerto Vallarta with tired infant and toddler before heading out of the city. Thanks!

The area we wish to travel is either the east coast (SC) or south to (FL). We have a 1 year old and 4 adults. We are planning on going late April or May. I would like to rent a condo, apartment or time share over the summer, so I need a good, reliable recommendation for where to start looking online. This will be out of State, and I am (of course) a little apprehensive about sending someone I’ve never met a few hundred dollars. Should I just go see a travel agent or do you know of a site with honest people??

It is a 2 bedroom condo fully equip with washer and dryer. The place is a resort itself. (3 pools and an indoor pool) and is located in popular International avenue, few miles to disney park and just next door to a water park. The sofa in living room converts to a full size bed. Very nice place to relax. BBQ grill and covered porch.

A condo, home or anything that has a complete kitchen,bedrooms, pool view of the beach or short walking distance.
