Anyone heard of "Timeshare Express" for selling timeshares? I think my father was scamed.?
My father received a phone call from "Timeshare Express" claiming to have sold their timeshare. The company had to do a title search on the property and were sending out paperwork for them to have notarize. My father needed to give them 00.00 on credit card to do the title search. Unfortunately my father did so without asking advice. Everything in my soul says scam. Anyone heard of this company? Not accredited with the better business bureau.

It sounds like the classic timeshare resale scam, try to get the money back using your bank before it’s too late.
Ask for a refund. Title searches do not cost that much. If no refund is granted, go through the credit card company to get a refund.
BBB has given this company an ‘F’ rating
Timeshare Express Services has a website where they guarantee 24 hour turnaround time on any inquiries. They claim to be accredited members of the Online Business Bureau. This is all that I know about it, but get on their website and start asking questions. He also should check with his credit card company. If he has been billed, but service was not given, he might get his money back.
If your father feels he was scammed, then he needs to file a formal complaint against the company with the BBB where the company is located. He can go online at http://www.bbb.org and file it online. I found a BBB report on a company with this name at: http://www.bbb.org/delaware/business-reviews/timeshare-companies/timeshare-express-services-in-wilmington-de-32000994/
They have an F rating on a scale of A+ to F. I’d advise reading the report and then filing the complaint. Next time; however, addvise your father to look up the BBB report BEFORE doing business.
