Does anyone know about a RELIABLE timeshare rental company?
I own a timeshare @ Mayan Sea Garden and I need to sell some weeks, so it would be very helpful if someone give me an advice. There are a lot of Timeshare selling websites but most of them are scam!! So … I’m lost. Any suggestions about reliable websites that would help me renting this weeks? thank you for taking the time…
Mayan Group have hotels in Mazatlan, Acapulco, Nuevo Vallarta, (my timeshare can be used only @ this 3), but also in Rocky Point, Cancun…

Hey Hey….. Stumbled Upon your message about the timeshare you may want to give this company a try – I’ve had a good experience with them, gone down the same route -saved me a lot of time and hassle with my place in Honolulu, they sold it within one week, the buyer paid me $198,000 and I paid $1,500 to the company, it’s like 1% commission…I think. They have a new landing page at http://www.timesharesos.com they did a pretty good job, the sad part is I know a lot of people lost lots of money using other services, I’m glad I stumbled upon these guys.
hope this will help
P.S. when you sign in they will call you back. Tell them you want access to the
"tourist database" you’ll find many people looking to rent or buy there.
Peace out.

To rent a timeshare is a hard task, the basic rule is not to pay money up-front, don’t be another victim of a scam.
Unfortunately over 50% of people that really need to rent their timeshare falls for this rental scams where they charge money upfront and less than 10% of them use their only real option which is to post it or offer it trough free advertising options as much, and as many sites as they can (it is ok to pay a few dollars to post in a great place but no more that $20 to $30).
These are some free classified ads where you can start posting:
http://timeshareownerscommunity.com/
http://craigslist.com
http://ebay.com
http://recycler.com/
http://usfreeads.com/
http://www.inetgiant.com/
Here are a couple of sites that are reputable, but if you can do it yourself you will save on administrative fees, so it is highly recommended.
Where is Mayan Sea Garden? We are planning our family vacation and we are tired of doing Disney every year. So we might be interested…
