What's the best way to sell my timeshare?
I have a timeshare my wife and i purchased a few years ago in Las Vegas (Sunterra). It’s a point system type timeshare and we really want to get ride of it. What’s the best way to sell it. Were not looking to make any money on this thing we just want out from under it. We own it upright, however there is a yearly mantanince fee.

Advertise in Las Vegas, ask other people you know. Go back to the place you purchase from an see if they will sell it for you. Place an add in free papers. Recycle, etc. Ebay.
Selling a timeshare can be really tough. You will be lucky to sell it for half of what you bought it for. The Timeshare User’s Group (tug2.net) has some information on how to sell a timeshare. I wish you the best. See these websites:
