Where can I sell a timeshare without upfront fees?
I have a timeshare I do not use and would like to sell it outright without waiting to long and without giving upfront fees to do it. If you have any advice or know of a company that just buys your timeshare without having you wait for a period of time please let me know. Thanks.

There are people who specialize in selling time shares. Essentially they are realtors and take a commission when the sale takes place. You can also advertise your timeshare yourself in local newspaper classified listings, on EBay, and on craigslist.com, possibly other web sites.
The market for second hand timeshares exist, but the prices are low because buyers are aware of the type of investment that a timeshare represents. If you set your price low enough, probably less than half what you paid, you will find buyers.
Well you have to pay some kind of upfront fee if you wish to sell your timeshare, there is no way around it! However you can donate the timeshare and take a tax write off and that would be free. Or you can use a broker and pay a hefty commission on the back end. The most effective way I found selling was doing research and working with a qualified company. I will provide some links for free selling information and other selling options for you.
