Me and my girlfriend and another couple are looking to rent a condo either in panama city beach or Myrtle beach this summer but it seems all of them say the minmum age is 25. Does anyone know of any condos that rent to people under 25?(we are all 23)

I am planing to visit miami beach in June and instead if staying at a hotel like I normally do I figure it would be cheaper to rent a condo or apt for a week. Anyone know a website or company, and anyone renting condos/apts for a week for vacations in the Miami beach area?

Prefer Islamorada or similar place. Not Key West or lower keys. Want cottage type lodging, laid back, on water, where we can swig margaritas and listen to Jimmy Buffet at night, dive or fish during the day. Something not modern is fine. Just want a casual atmosphere without tons of people in hotels and condos. Jan

My wife and I are looking for a place to stay on the island arriving Saturday, Sep 4 and leaving Friday, Sep 10. There are lots of cottages, condos, small independent rental properties on the island along with hotels and resorts. I’m looking at trip advisor for reviews but i don’t know how to pay so that I have some kind of protection. If I just rent a hotel or resort i can cancel and pay the fee or have some travelers insurance but most of these places that are privately owned have large deposits upfront. Even the ones w/ lots of good reviews I’m worried if they want cash. I have some protection for services if i pay w/ my amex. With cash it’s buyer beware. Anyone ever rented a condo or rental place for a week? How did you pay? How was your stay? We’re going to kauai. Please no stupid responses.

Priceline.com seems to cater to hotel rooms. With little ones, it’s nice to have separate bedrooms so a condo would seem to be better. We have a 2 1/2 year old and a 5 month old girl. Does anyone know of some good websites to book condos cheaply at the last minute. We’re very flexible on location as long as the place is clean. Thanks!

I have used vacationrentals.com but i cannot find any more and i still want to keep looking. I am looking for a house in either Maryland, Virginia, or north Carolina. We are looking for beach homes and as cheap as possible, we want them to be actual houses or cottages not condos. Any site suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We’re looking for a vacation rental, and a good pool for lounging around (hottub/sauna would be nice, too) is of the utmost importance to us.
