I own a Trendwest TS and want to sell it…i talked to timesharesonly.com and they seem pretty legit….they have secured financing backed my GMAC and said that i could probably get what i paid back since they use financing whereas other companies look for CASH buyers….Just looking to see if anyone has an experiences with them good or bad.

I have a offer for 5 days/4 nights in Orlando from Marriot Vacation Club for 9 (not incld trans, food, etc) and would love to go but was wondering if anyone else has done anything like this. It doesn’t say I have to buy on the fine print and I read ALL the fine print and I do qualify to go but I have no interest in buying, I just want the vacation. I need opinions, advice, tales of previous experiences, etc.

Anybody on here ever gotten a hilton vacation club timeshare presentation or even bought one?
we just recently went to Vegas and got this vacation club presented to us and a it was sort of high pressure. We did not understand it fully so decided not to do it. Is it a good deal to buy one of these with Hilton Grand Vacation Club? Has anybody had good or bad experiences?

My dad has a timeshare that he’s given to me and I have a quick question. I want to use it in like 2 weeks because of a last minute idea to go down to Florida. There is a 60 day notice that you have to give to use your week but can I pay some type of fee and use it in 2 weeks anyway? Its a Wyndham Resorts timeshare. I just wanna know your experiences so I can know what to expect.

My boyfriend and I just bought a timeshare in Las Vegas at Grand View Resort, through RCI they gave us 3 weeks during the year for vacations 1 at the resort and the other 2 wherever we want it to go… I have already look at the BBB and the company has good standing.
But I would like to know any good or bad experiences with RCI.

If you recommend vacation packages, any tips on sources for great deals you’ve gotten in the past for Kauai?

If you recommend booking things separately for Kauai, any tips on that? Gotten great deals on condos and/or car rentals? Also any bad experiences with condos and car rentals that i should avoid?
What about booking travel agents?

I usually go at least once a year to Vegas. I probably spend 0/night on average for a hotel room.

Would it make any sense to buy a timeshare (I’ve heard they’ve come down in price).

I don’t care about the timeshare as an investment – I would plan on just keeping it for a decade or more.

Does anyone have any advice, experiences, or cost comparisons (as well as places to stay away from)?
