The letter says I won a cruise, and I have a chance to win a mercedes, or shopping spree, ect. I googled it and it says its a timeshare scam.

My question is, if we go to the 90 min. presentation or whatever and don’t buy the timeshare, do we still get the free cruise?

Has anyone been to their appointment?

Mine is in Galveston, TX… its 30 min from my house so I thought I would giive it a try.

I don’t have money to buy anything and if you just walk in there and say you are unemployed they just let you take your prize. Silverleaf timeshare, just going for the free cruise prize, is it really a free cruise? I suspect I will have to pay taxes and fees…
