Me and my family are hoping to go to Florida over the winter break, and came across a 9 deal at "Calypso Cay Suites" in Orlando, Florida, which is owned by Calypso Cay Resorts and is on the same property. According to the deal, which you can read at http://www.saveonresorts.com/resorts/orlando/amerisuites.asp?promo=GGwdwCCSfloridaCAN&gclid=CMuZ39fy65YCFQazsgodhDx_rQ#, you pay 9 for four days (three nights) at their hotel, get two free adult tickets to Disney World, a buy-one-get-one-free adult ticket pass for "Arabian Nights Dinner Theatre", free shuttle services to theme parks, a free continental breakfast, and a room that apparently sleeps 6. It sounds like a great deal, but I’m wary of the low price. Apparently we’ll have to sit through a 90 minute "sales presentation" on why we should buy timeshares with Calypso Cay Resort, but they say it’s the only catch. If anyone has used this package before and can share their experiences, I’d be very grateful.
has anyone used a resort type of vacation you can purchase from ebay that offers great deals on hotels and tickets if you attend a 90 min sales presentation. If so how was it.thanks
… in Playa Del Carmen, MEXICO (as they promised they would do in the sales presentation)?
I have done some research on the internet and I’ve noticed there are a few people who are trying to sell their timeshare through varios websites. This leads me to believe that Sunset Resorts did not live up to their obligation. I have tried to contact these sellers personally, but have not gotten any info. about their re-sale/ sell-back experience with Sunset Resorts. I just purchased a timeshare with this company (Sunset Resorts) just 3 weeks ago, based on the promise that after a year I could sell it back to them if I choose to get out of it. That is why getting an answer to this question is vital in my dealings with this company because as it would seem, something seems "fishy" here.
I just purhcased a package deal for 3 nites and 4 days in Destin,FL and they told me all I have to do is attend the sales presentation (90 minute) and i would get my 9 + back for attending it and I didn’t have to buy. Also do they run credit checks or require proof of income at the timeshare presentation? I have one day to cancel this deal and get my money back so please respond quickly. I also purchased a 2nd vacation pkg to San Antonio for
