My husband and I simply CANNOT afford our timeshare anymore, and we owe more than it will sell for, so selling it will not help much b/c we will still owe a monthly payment to them for the difference. Also, we are moving to a different state on Federal orders from the Army. Is there anyway to get rid of this thing?!
Need to get rid of it to qualify for a first-time homebuyer program.
I have a timeshare that I am wanting to sell. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can do this? Can anybody recommend a website or company to help me sell it?
I know it will badley affect my credit, but can they sue me for the difference between what I owe and what they can sell it for? Do timeshares get auction off? Can they garnish my wages, will I be able to keep my condo? What happens if I never pay the difference owed? I’ve read alot on the internet but haven’t seen anything from someone who actually went through with the foreclosure. BTW I own a points system, Lawrance Welk in San Diego.
I just spent a week in Cabo san Lucas and I want to buy one.
I have looked at RCI and WorldMark by Wyndham to be able to have access to nice vacation facilities through out the world.
Are there any other options like this?
But with a timeshare I think I get more rooms.
Is buying a timeshae worth it with those annual fees?
Also, how do I guarantee I get the time I want every year, I know what time of the year I want to go
A neighbor owns a vacation timeshare condo in TX. They have spent about 5 months off and on at this place this year. The rules say they get one week per year. When I asked about that she says they have bonus time but won’t go into details. Is it really possible to get that much time? How does that work? Thanks!
