Occidental Resort timeshare?
I am looking into purchasing a timeshare with Occidental does anyone know how much they are. From what ive heard they are for the smaller rooms 20 grand and 40 for the larger. Does anyone have exact prices and if not where can i find them?

Wooooow, wait there a minute. If you are ready to buy a timeshare don’t buy from the Resort/developer that is a big mistake. You can find the same timeshare in the resale market for $1000 dollars. Buy it from an owner there are plenty of them that are willing to sale. The product is exactly the same but the price is 90% cheaper.
Take a look at EBay you will be surprised and by the way DO NOT buy if you are planning of renting it out or as any kind of financial investment.
