Going to Myrtle Beach for vacation, and suggestions on condo or house for rent?
I was planning on going to myrtle beach with my wife and 2 of our friends and we both have a child a piece. We were looking for a home or condo to rent. Or if a hotel is available, was looking for that too. The cheapest I found something for a condo was like $ 700 with out tax. Anybody have anything better or any good websites to go to to check out condo/house rentals?

Yes I used to work here just dont stay at the Embassy Suites.
http://www.kingstonplantion.com They have villas, lodges, condos, hotels, water park for the kiddies, gym, tennis courts, a pond, and its RIGHT ON THE BEACH.
Even though Myrtle Beach has TERRIBLE traffic oddly enough its the third most requested destination in the U.S behind Florida and Hawaii. I guess myrtle beach is okay for families. I say take the kids to Florida the beaches are better!
Unless you want to deal with long lines everywhere you go and traffic that is a NIGHTMARE in the summer, I recommend you stay in Oak Island, Ocean Isle Beach, Holden Beach or Pawleys Island and make a day-trip or two to Myrtle Beach (30 minutes each way).
That way you can enjoy a beach for what it’s meant to be — relaxation — and still go enjoy the fast moving pace of Myrtle Beach.
I’ve listed a few websites for you — the first three have condos and while the third one doesn’t, they have tons of oceanfront homes if you’re willing to spend a couple hundred more.
hey sorry to have to tell you this but myrtle beach sucks!!!! .. its dirty the places down there are nasty and its a horrible area!!! try going to panama
I own timeshares and can trade into there if anything is still available. I would need around $700 but that would include everything. If not this time, maybe next time around.
The reason I would need 700 is because that’s what my annual dues cost me. I would only be breaking even on the deal.
